Harrow Adult Placement Service
(HAPS)

This service is for residents who have mental health problems, learning disabilities, a physical or sensory disability and the elderly disabled. The service provides supported community based accommodation for people who need a degree of support in meeting their long and short-term everyday living needs with trained carers.
