Welcome to CNWL’s Patient Advice and Liaison Service
Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS) is about making our Trust’s services as welcoming and responsive as possible, to as many people as possible.
PALS is here to:
- Help you find support
- Give you information about local health services –especially the Trust’s mental health services
- Help sort out problems quickly
- Listen to your concerns, suggestions or questions
- Advise you on how to complain if you want to, and put you in contact with advocates
The questions and problems people come to PALS with are used anonymously to help the Trust improve its services.
CNWL delivers its Patient Advice and Liaison Service through about 75 link workers, who are CNWL staff members.
