At CNWL we use a variety of ways to involve you in the way we deliver our services. Whenever we are considering a major strategy or service change, we need to formally consult with you. A formal consultation can help us make better informed decisions and enables us to gather the views of our members, staff, service users and members of the public.

Building Better Mental Health Care Consultation

Consultation on proposed changes to inpatient services in Kensington and Chelsea and Westminster

From 24 August to 16 November 2012 we will be undertaking a public consultation on proposed changes to the provision of adult Mental Health inpatient services in Kensington and Chelsea (K&C) and Westminster. More information about these proposals, how they have been developed and how you can respond can be found in our consultation document which you can download here.

You will also find an online response questionnaire which you can download and email to acute.serviceline@nhs.net and details of our currently planned public meetings and events. This will be updated regularly, so please check back for further updates.

Public stakeholder meetings will take place in February to discuss feedback from the consultation.
