Hidden Gem Awards
The Hidden Gem Awards are monthly awards which promote best practice within CNWL and reward staff for their extraordinary efforts.
Hidden Gem Award winners are put forward for the Employee of the Year Award which is presented at the Annual Gem Awards. The Annual Gem Awards honour staff and teams who have demonstrated an exceptional quality of work throughout the year and who consistently champion the Trust’s core values.
How can I nominate someone for a Hidden Gem Award?
Anyone can nominate a hidden gem – whether you are a staff member, carer, patient or family member. The person you nominate may be your colleague or a nurse, doctor, receptionist or cleaner. It can be someone who has helped you or your loved one. A hidden gem is someone who consistently works hard to improve the quality of care provided by CNWL.
If you would like to nominate someone for a Hidden Gem Award, simply send an email to email@example.com with your name, address, contact details, the name of the person you would like to nominate and the reason for nominating them.
Alternatively, you can send your nomination by post to the address below or ask for a member of CNWL staff for a Hidden Gem nomination card:
