Following the recent attacks in London and Manchester, we want to make sure that people know how to find mental health and emotional support services.

Talking Therapies Services

People living in Brent, Harrow, Hillingdon, Kensington and Chelsea, Westminster and Milton Keynes can self-refer to our Talking Therapies Services which offer a range of psychological therapies to support people who are feeling anxious, depressed, stressed or worried.

Adult mental health services in North West London

Our Single Point of Access provides a first point of contact for people wishing to access adult community mental health services in Brent, Harrow, Hillingdon, Kensington and Chelsea, and Westminster.

People can refer themselves or make enquiries on behalf of a family member of friend. We also take referrals from GPs, other services such as police and London Ambulance Service and other healthcare professionals.

We are open 24 hours a day, seven days a week and 365 days a year. The Single Point of Access incorporates our CNWL Out-of-Hours Urgent Advice Line (UAL) which offers out-of-hours crisis support and advice to people in the boroughs above and in Milton Keynes.

Mental health services in Milton Keynes

Our Milton Keynes Assessment and Short Term Intervention (ASTI) Team offers a single point of access into mental health services for people of all ages living in Milton Keynes.

Tel: 01908 725099 (Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm)

People can refer themselves or make enquiries on behalf of a family member of friend and we accept referrals from GPs, healthcare professionals and other services.

We help people who experience severe and enduing mental health difficulties and people who are experiencing a mental health crisis. If you need mental health crisis support outside of our opening times, please call our Single Point of Access.
