Help in a crisis

During Office Hours
(9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday)

If you are an existing service user of the Trust, during usual office hours your first point of contact should be the person that you usually see (your Care Co-ordinator, or named Lead Professional). Their contact details, or the contact details of your care team, are contained in your Care Plan and on your Crisis Card.

You can also find contact numbers by using the ‘Find a Service’ option on the Home page of this Trust website.

Out of Hours
(
5pm-8am, Monday to Friday, and Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays)

CNWL now has a single point of contact if you, or a friend or relative, are experiencing a mental health crisis. The Out -of-Hours Urgent Advice Line will provide out of hours advice, support and signposting to people living in the boroughs of Brent, Harrow, Hillingdon, Kensington & Chelsea and Westminster. If you are an existing user of CNWL Services, this will also be the number on Crisis Card given to you by your Care co-ordinator or named Lead Professional.

The Out-of-Hours Urgent Advice Line number is 0800 0234 650

Help in a crisis and looking for a service for the first time?

If you, or a friend or relative are experiencing mental health problems for the first time and need emergency treatment or advice during office hours, then you should contact your GP. Your GP is your family doctor, the doctor you would normally see if you are ill or concerned about any aspect of your health. They will be able to refer you to the most appropriate mental health service in your area.

If you don’t have a GP, NHS Choices have a list of local GPs, to help you locate the nearest one to you.
