How can someone be referred?

Patients are internally referred from the main HIV clinic or from paediatric HIV services.

Opening times

Tuesday 3pm - 6pm

To book an appointment call or text the TEAM phone on 07747 795276 or email team.clinic@nhs.net

We are not always able to respond to your calls and texts to the TEAM mobile or answer emails immediately. It may take a day or two for us to hear or see your message.

Medication

We want to make sure you don’t run out of medication. Prescriptions for your medication are now linked to your doctor appointments. If you miss an appointment it means you won’t automatically get another prescription. Once you’ve opened your last bottle/pack ensure you have an appointment lined up, as we won’t know that you will run out of medication.

If you run out of medication, call the Bloomsbury nurses 020 3317 5143

If your home delivery has not arrived, call Healthcare at Home 0800 783 0211

For general enquiries call Mortimer Market Centre Pharmacy 020 3317 5228

Appointments

It is really important that you have your next appointment booked with your doctor or nurse when you leave the clinic, so you don’t forget your routine appointments and don’t run out of medication. Please book it at reception on the ground floor after you finish your appointment.

If you aren’t able to come to an appointment, please text the TEAM phone to let us know so we can offer it to somebody else and book you another appointment at a time that suits you. If you forget to call/text we will only try to contact you a limited number of times to book another appointment.

It is your overall responsibility to make sure you contact us to book your next appointment.
