CNWL is a large and diverse organisation, providing health care services for people with a wide range of physical and mental health needs.
We employ approximately 7,000 staff to provide more than 300 different health services across 150 sites and in many other community settings. Our catchment area covers a range of vibrant and diverse communities, with over 100 first languages spoken, containing areas of great affluence as well as areas of much deprivation.
We are constantly developing our organisation to provide modern, dependable services that meet the needs of the people within the communities that we serve.
