CNWL is no longer providing a vaccination schedule for BGC’s due to a global shortage of the BCG vaccine. We are sorry for the concern/anxiety this will cause parents but the vaccine shortage is beyond our control. We have been advised that parents should contact their child’s health visitor for further information. If you wish to formally complain, please email firstname.lastname@example.org
CNWL’s Patient Support Service cannot arrange BCG vaccine appointments, however the service can forward on complaints, for parents who do not have access to email. The Patient Support Service can be contacted on 0300 013 4799.
