Service User & Carer Information

Service user and carer informationWelcome to our dedicated service user and carer pages

CNWL is committed to providing a wide range of information to service users and carers to aid your understanding of mental health conditions and medications, as well as providing details of independent organisations who can help you and your family. For details on individual services please click here.

In this section we have listed details of local user and carer support groups, advocacy assistance and national organisations that can provide  a whole range of services to you.

If English is not your first language the Trust can arrange the services of an interpreter or BSL interpreter for meetings free of charge. Our key information leaflets are also available in a range of languages, braille or large type formats. Please ask your primary nurse for details.

Our  Treatment and Conditions  page includes links to a range of information leaflets that explain various conditions and how these can be treated. This page will be updated regularly so please check back from time to time to get the latest information.
