CNWL will hold its first annual Improvement Awards on Friday 6 May 2022 to celebrate new initiatives that make practical improvements to clinical and corporate services.

28 teams from across the Trust have entered the award poster competition. The top five entries will receive a trophy at the event next week.

The Academy runs an educational programme to create an environment that supports staff, patients and carers to improve services. This includes initiatives that use improvement science, lean methodologies, experience-based co-design, collaborative improvement programmes, systematic reviews, and much more.
