CNWL’s Camden Services Annual Report for 2014-15 published

Our Annual Report 2014-15 for our community services in Camden and Islington has now been published and is available to read online.

Key achievements over the last year include:

  • Revising our referral system so that services are easier to access. We are working towards ‘one phone, one email’ which will mean one single point of contact to access our Camden services
  • Developing a Health Visitor Duty Desk and ‘Clinician of the day’ so that support is easily available for patients and other health professionals who are referring patients to our services.
  • Strengthening our links and partnerships with primary care services such as GPs.

Our community services in Camden received a rating of ‘good’ following the Care Quality Commission (CQC) Trust-wide inspection in February 2015.

The Annual Report includes further details about our CQC inspection, a service report for each of our services in Camden and feedback from our patients and their families and carers.

Graeme Caul, Borough Director for Camden, said: “We are incredibly proud of the work our staff do to support people across Camden and Islington. Our achievements are down to them; our dedicated staff and their hard work and this report highlights that.”
