Easy read booklet produced for annual meeting
25 August 2016
An easy-read version of the Annual Report (OPENS PDF) has been produced by CNWL in time for our Annual General Meeting on Wednesday, 7 September, which all staff and members of the public are invited to attend.
Aimed at people who have difficulties in reading, it describes the challenges we have, including financial, how we met our priorities for the year and what our priorities for 2016-17 are as well as looking back at some our successes over the year.
The document as well as an annual review, will be available at our annual meeting, which will feature all our services, both community and mental health.
There will be plenty of time to put questions to the Board of Directors and Governors about our performance and plans. The AGM will be held at 30 Euston Square, London NW1 2FB.
Claire Murdoch, Chief Executive, said: “Our staff see hundreds of people every day and it’s hard to sum all that activity up, so we describe it here in clear language and symbols – to make it all as clear as we can but if you have questions come along to the meeting.”
Registration opens at 4.30pm (teas and coffee available), the meeting opens at 5pm and will conclude around 7pm and will be followed by light refreshments.
