Paul Gambaccini in conversation with Tris Penna

Paul Gambaccini is one of the UK's most celebrated DJs and TV personalities. He has been involved with charities and supporting people living with HIV since the 1980s. He was one of the first patrons of the Terrence Higgins Trust and was named Philanthropist of the Year for raising £300,000 for the Trust. Paul was also on the committee for the first Elton John 'White Tie and Tiara Ball' and continues to raise funds for the Elton John Aids Foundation.

Tris Penna is a music producer and DJ and a HIV patient at CNWL's Bloomsbury clinic.

On Wednesday 20 September from 6pm - 7.30pm, Paul will be in conversation with Tris about his previous and current involvement with HIV charities and his fundraising and activism. Tris will shed light on his more recent diagnosis and how he continues with his busy work schedule despite this.

The discussion will be taking place in the Duncan Catterall Room, Mortimer Market Centre, WC1E 6JB.
