UFM report: what support helps with recovery and staying well?
8 October 2019
The User Focused Monitoring (UFM) Team carried out an evaluation looking at what support helps with recovery and staying well.
The team interviewed 53 people with lived experience of mental health difficulty during August 2019 to collect their views and experienced.
UFM would like to thank the people who participated in interviews, for their time and commitment in sharing their experiences with us.
UFM would also like to thank the managers and staff at Woodfield Road, Pall Mall and Vauxhall Bridge Road Community Mental Health teams (CMHT) and at Westminster Mind, the Oremi Centre and SMART. We very much appreciate the help from staff who actively promoted the evaluation and facilitated access to confidential meeting space.
And last but not least a big thank you to the UFM members for their ongoing input and commitment to UFM.
The UFM team has produced a report, which include a list of recommendations for service providers and commissioners.
