    As at 31 October • In total, the Outreach Team report 10,626 contacts with over 120 complex cases being case currently managed by them. • Outreach have attempted to contact 17,942 people in total, 7,316 did not respond • Screening for trauma has been provided for 4,835 people.     The Night Service Since the drop-in Night Service at Notting Hill Methodist Church transitioned to a phone based service (on 26 October) we have canvassed the opinions of the people who had used the service regularly; thanks to them for their views which we will discuss and respond to. We have an overnight telephone support service - 020 8962 4393 (between 10pm and 7am) - where people can speak to a nurse, who can offer practical help as well as support.
