020 3317 3400Camden Nutrition and Dietetics Service provide nutritional assessment, dietary advice and support to you and your family/carer.
We help you to manage your food intake and provide nutrition advice to help you understand the impact of diet on your health and wellbeing, helping people live longer, healthier lives.
We also deliver individual and group services, providing therapeutic diets to educate and promote lifestyle changes.

Eligibility criteria (who is the service for?)
Our team work with children and young people and provide them with dietetic and nutritional support.
How to refer
The service accepts referrals from GPs and other healthcare professionals. Referrers should email camdenreferrals.cnwl@nhs.net or telephone 020 3317 3400.
