The service aims to prevent, control and treat tuberculosis across the London Borough of Hillingdon.

The specialist nurses work in partnership with the Respiratory Team at The Hillingdon Hospital. The service sees patients in schools and colleges, in patients’ homes and at other locations as appropriate.

The service also provides ad hoc health screening and attends community health promotion events to raise awareness of TB and the services available.
