Neurological & community rehabilitation, and falls prevention services
Neurological and community rehabilitation and falls prevention services provide care for patients with neurological or long-term conditions or who have experienced a stroke or a fall.
Services aim to assist patients with:
Services are provided in both community and inpatient settings, by multi-disciplinary teams with expertise that includes physiotherapy, occupational therapy, speech and language therapy, clinical neurological psychology. Teams also include dieticians and rehabilitation assistants.
