331 Harlesden Road is a supported housing facility. Supported housing consists of independent flats or bedsits with some communal facilities and 24-hour staff support.
Staff provide individual sessions to each service user to enable them to develop community living skills with the aim to move on to less supported accommodation within a year. The main focus is promoting independence.
Supported housing forms part of our rehabilitation services to provide long-term care and support to service users with ongoing mental health needs in 24-hour staffed placements.

Applications for supported housing can be made by care coordinators.
The service is open Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm (closed on public holidays)
