    CNWL will be onboarding a new team of trainee Education Mental Health Practitioners (EMHP) in the Borough of Hillingdon, starting from October 2022. The EMHP role provides a new resource to support children and young people (CYP) in schools who are experiencing common mental health difficulties such as anxiety, depression and behavioural difficulties, in an environment familiar to them.

  • There’s a place for you: Harry’s story

    At 11 years old he was admitted to Collingham Child and Family Centre, one of CNWL’s psychiatric wards for children, to help him manage his feelings and symptoms of obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD). Harry stayed at the Collingham centre for 10 months, attending school on the ward and taking part in a variety of therapeutic activities, including family therapy sessions. In this video, Harry talks about his experience and what he learnt during this time.
