Service User and Carer Involvement
- Service Users and Carers, also known as Experts by Experience (EbE) have a unique view on our services, and their views should help shape your improvement work.
- EbEs provide valuable insights into the patient and carer experience, helping shape QI projects that genuinely address patient needs and priorities. Their involvement ensures that improvements are aligned with the lived experiences of those receiving care.
- Engaging EbEs supports the co-production of healthcare solutions, fostering collaboration and shared ownership of changes among staff and service users.
- For more information on EbEs and how to contact them, please visit our Involvement page.
