The programme is grounded in quality improvement (QI) methodology and, for the first time, brings digital user‑experience (UX) design into a CNWL staff training programme.
The training will be expert‑led and cover all key elements of QI (such as PDSA cycles and engagement), with a focus on how users interact with digital systems, and how you can design a digital expereince that delivers real change to your service.
What processes or pathways could benefit from a digital redesign? Do you have an idea that could improve how patient information is recorded or reduces admin time? Apply now to take part, applications are open to all staff.
The course will be delivered in collaboration with the NHS Digital Academy and International Digital Health leadership organisation, Chime. There are two cohorts per year, each lasting 5 months.
