Alastair, 51, said, ‘Teamwork and camaraderie has never been more important as we face the challenges of an ever growing workload.

“We will be working hard to create capacity within systems, building on our workforce and ensuring that the teams are well staffed. We look forward to continued development of our services, so they are of a standard we would be proud for our own loved ones to use’

He adds, “I am a proud Yorkshire man, moving for work in 2012. I live in North West Bucks with my partner and cat, and enjoy playing poker, getting the most out of the National Trust card, holidays and reading anything that isn’t too taxing.”
