At the College we believe in, and work towards, a society where people with mental health or physical health difficulties have access to the same opportunities in life as everyone else. We support each other to recognise and develop our talents and resources so that we can become experts in our own self-care and do the things we want to do in life.
We are not a formal College – we don’t assess people or provide qualifications - neither do we provide therapy. Instead our workshops are a safe, empowering and non-stigmatising space to explore, share and learn together and support each other on a journey of self-discovery.
We would love to be able to see you in person but because we can’t do this in the current situation – our workshops are now available online on Zoom. All you need is a smartphone, tablet, laptop or computer with an internet connection.
Zoom practice sessions are available if you are unsure about going online and just want to connect with people first and try Zoom out.
We will start face to face training again as soon as we can.
