- Re-Introduce Carer Aware Training so staff can refresh or deepen their knowledge of how to support carers.
- Re-Engage Carer Champions so they can champion best practices within their teams.
How to get involved:
- Make a Pledge: Engage your team in preparing a pledge to improve carer inclusion, to be unveiled at the celebratory event
- Complete/Review Carer Aware Training: Refresh your knowledge on supporting carers—details on the intranet.
- Use the Teams Background: Download and display it throughout June.
- Attend Events: Sign up for the Listening Events and Webinars—even if you only have time to drop in briefly.
- Spread the Word: Forward our flyers, invite carers, and share on your departmental channels.
