At the CNWL Recovery & Wellbeing College we believe in, and work towards, a society where people with mental health or physical health difficulties have access to the same opportunities in life as everyone else. We support each other to recognise and develop our talents and resources so that we can become experts in our own self-care and do the things we want to do in life.
We are not a formal College – we don’t assess people or provide qualifications - neither do we provide therapy. Instead our workshops are a safe, empowering and non-stigmatising space to explore, share and learn together and support each other on a journey of self-discovery.
Our term timetable includes both online and in-person courses.
You can find more information about the College, and summaries of the content of our courses and workshops, in our prospectus.
We welcome suggestions about subjects you would like us to cover which aren't currently in our prospectus. If you have any suggestions, please email us at recoverycollege.cnwl@nhs.net.

Not sure?
If you are unsure about which workshops to choose, or you would like more information about being a student at the College, we can book a telephone appointment for you with one of our peer trainers (who have used services themselves). They can support you to create a plan for your learning and this is also an opportunity to discuss any access or learning support needs you may have. Contact us on 020 3214 5686 or email recoverycollege.cnwl@nhs.net.
