A great day was had by staff from CNWL’s Sexual Health service who attended Pride in Surrey on Saturday 25 September. As one of the sponsors of the event, the team set up a stall in the main event to promote our Surrey Sexual Health Services, and were well received by many people who attended, which was around 7,500.
The team distributed cards about our online testing service, PrEP, along with free condoms and Freedoms shop stickers.
Torshie Annan, CNWL’s Consultant in Genitourinary/HIV medicine also went up to the main stage to talk about PrEP - an important subject that the team and the Pride organisers felt the attendees should know about.
