Three patients at CNWL have shared their experiences of being cared for using the contact-free, vision-based patient monitoring platform, Oxevision, during their stay on the wards.

Oxevision was developed by scientists at Oxford University to raise the standard of care across multiple services lines. It uses contact-free sensors to measure a patient’s vital signs and high-risk activity. This allows staff to be proactive in their delivery of care for patients, whilst promoting sleep and independence.

Oxevision has been deployed in many of CNWL’s mental health inpatients wards since 2020 when the Trust formed a partnership with Oxehealth.
