Take Time to Talk has changed its name to Psychological Therapies

Our Psychological Therapies Service is a part of Community Living Well which offers a range of psychological health and wellbeing services.

Our Psychological Therapies Service is a free, confidential NHS service which provides psychological therapies and support for anxiety, depression, stress and worry to people. It is available to people living in Kensington and Chelsea, Queens Park and Paddington.

Psychological therapies and counselling services are suitable for people with problems which have arisen fairly recently. Feelings of low mood, anxiety, particular fears or problems coping with daily life and relationships, are all suitable for brief focused talking therapies.

People seeking help with difficulties other than depression or anxiety, or whose difficulties require more specialist or intensive treatment which cannot be provided in a primary care setting, can be directed to the appropriate specialist or secondary care mental health services.

Visit the Community Living Well website

The service is able to support people who are over the age of 18 and are registered with a GP in Kensington and Chelsea, Queens Park and Paddington.

You can make a self-referral online by visiting the Community Living Well website and completing a self-referral form, or by phoning us on 020 3317 4200.
