CNWL Arts in Health is excited to launch its new open forum called the ‘Community Table,’ a space where participants are invited to share, connect, and build ideas using creativity, express feedback, and develop the future of the service together. The Community Table replaces the old-style participant meetings with the aim of increasing participation and exchanging ideas in a more engaging, fun, and creative way.

Co-production is at the heart of what we do. This means participants and staff working together to develop and shape our service, rather than staff making decisions alone. This is one of the reasons we want to set up a ‘community table’ so that we regularly connect and build ideas together.

The Community Table will take place three times per year, aligning with the spring, summer, and winter terms, and is an opportunity for us to shape the service through participants’ valuable feedback throughout the year. We had our first Community Table of 2024 this Spring and reflected on our service’s ethos and values, and our participant’s growth through creative activities.
