CNWL Arts in Health is delighted to present What Anchors You?, a collaborative exhibition opening on Friday 27th March 2026 at the Art Space in Marylebone Parish Church.
Bringing together a diverse group of contributors, including service users, staff, art therapists and trainees, the exhibition showcases a rich collection of artwork spanning painting, photography and mixed media. Each piece reflects a personal exploration of what helps them feel grounded, supported and connected.
📆 The exhibition runs from Friday 27th March to Tuesday 21st April 2026, welcoming visitors throughout the week:
-
Mondays - Thursdays 9am-5pm
-
Fridays 12pm-5pm (closed on 3 April, Good Friday)
-
Saturdays 10am-4pm
-
Sundays 1pm-4pm
To mark the opening, a free creative workshop inspired by the exhibition theme will take place on Friday 27th March from 3pm-4pm. Combining artmaking and movement, the session invites participants to explore their own sense of grounding in a supportive and creative environment. Spaces are limited to 15 participants - advance booking essential.
