Camden’s community physical health services opened their doors to staff, stakeholders and residents in Camden to shine a spotlight on the work their teams do to support patients.

Teams from podiatry, pharmacy to COPD (chronic obstructive pulmonary disease) and diabetes were all there giving residents and stakeholders the chance to meet the people who deliver such vital care in the community.

Staff gave presentations and demonstrations; the COPD team co-produced a demonstration with patients to simulate what it’s like living with breathing difficulties, you can see how that went and more images from the open day below.

"It was an incredible day and I feel very proud of our Camden community teams. I saw staff sharing ideas they want to take forward in the future with leaders in the Trust, connecting with colleagues from other services and strengthening their relationships stakeholders. Everyone who attended got to see how energised and passionate our teams are about the care they give and the innovations we have achieved." - Sarah Hulme, Community Services Director, CNWL Inner London.
