Central and North West London NHS Foundation Trust (CNWL) marked International Women's Day by holding a celebratory event to champion and acknowledge the achievements of the incredible women that work across the Trust.
This year’s theme for International Women’s Day (IWD) was #GiveToGain, highlighting how generosity, shared knowledge and mutual support create the conditions for women to thrive.
To open the event, the co-chairs of CNWL's Women's Network reflected on the networks ongoing priorities and impactful projects. These include the Period Dignity Project, ensuring staff across the Trust get access to free period projects, continuing to be a menopause friendly employer, contributing to the launch of a new sexual harassment reporting tool and hosting career development workshops for women.
