CNWL is carrying out the Community Mental Health Survey, which asks patients and service users to evaluate the care they receive in the Trust.

The survey, which closes on 1 December, is part of a national programme to improve the quality of care and service users’ experiences.

Taking part in the survey is voluntary and all answers are confidential. If you are selected to take part, your contact details (name and postal address) will be used by researchers to carry out the survey.

Thanks to previous feedback, we have changed our clinical approach so that patients have more control over care plans. We have made it easier for people to access advice on finance, employment and physical health and we are doing more to involve carers and families.

You can find more information on this poster and have a look at some of the other changes we have made based on your feedback here.
