Poor sleep quality is common for people with a diagnosis of personality disorder. CNWL’s Dr Jacob D King (Academic Clinical Fellow and Trainee), Dr Shee Cheng (trainee), and Consultants, Dr Marcella Lei-Yee Fok and Dr Jasna Munjiza have contributed to an academic review on interventions to improve sleep quality for adults with a personality disorder.

The review aimed to collate the evidence on the effect of any intervention on sleep quality outcomes in people with a personality disorder.
