CNWL’s Recovery and Wellbeing College have published their online workshop timetable for September and October.

The online workshops are for CNWL patients with different mental health experiences and are a safe, empowering and non-stigmatising opportunity for recovery and learning. The workshops are also open to friends, family and carers of CNWL patients as well as those who have been discharged from CNWL services within the last 12 months.

There are a range of online workshops available including: Understanding Feelings and Managing Relationships, Understanding Depression, Managing Psychosis in Difficult Times and Managing Anxiety in Uncertain Times.
