Dhanragie (Dhani) Ramtahal-Kangalee, Admin Lead for Business, Safeguarding and Social Care in Kensington and Chelsea was presented with her certificate and award this week.

She is responsible for supporting K&C Borough management with Finance, training, and engagement initiatives for both clinical and non-clinical staff, safeguarding, partnerships.

As our Employee of the Month, she was nominated by a colleague who described Dhani as ‘always going the extra mile to support staff and make them feeling valued and appreciated’.

Ann Sheridan, Borough Director for Kensington and Chelsea said: “She is a valuable member of the team, provides excellent service to both our service users and staff, she has a caring demeanour and consistently works towards trust core values. She is always readily available to offer support and frequently goes the extra mile to help.”

Dhani began working for CNWL in September 2015 as a bank employee in the Mental Health Act Department. She started working in the borough of Kensington and Chelsea a month later, and began her current role in March 2018.

She described the best part of the role: “I get to engage with all levels of staff, being warm and welcoming, a good listener and always endeavouring to support everyone in any small way that I can.  Doing my job to the best of my ability and getting it right first time and learning lessons along the way.”
