The Grenfell Health and Wellbeing Service have created a video, providing practical tips for coping with worry during the coronavirus pandemic.

In the video, Sinthu Sridharan, and Kofi Yeboah, both Trainee Children’s Wellbeing Practitioners from the Grenfell Trauma Service for Children and Young People, demonstrate how people can help to manage worrying with items in their homes.

It’s part of a series of videos produced under Amell El-Guenuni, Systemic Therapist with the Grenfell Service, for Kids on the Green.
