Maria O’Brien, CNWL Chief Nurse has pledged to encourage services to participate with patients and service users on this year’s fifth anniversary of Co-Production Week.
Maria spoke about the importance of how staff has dealt with the changing environment of Covid19 and how this co-production still remains going forward.
She said: “It’s so important that we do understand what our service users and patients like. In our own personal lives, we don’t want to be told about how to receive services. We want to be part of informing how those services should work.”
