Restart a Heart Day raises awareness about cardiac arrest and helps people to learn CPR, giving them lifesaving skills and the confidence to use them.

CNWL’s Resuscitation Team will be holding an event on Sunday 16 October to mark the day, at the Westway Sports and Fitness Centre.

They’re inviting members of the public to learn about CPR and to put those new skills into practice using a defibrillator on a manikin.
