Central and North West London NHS Foundation Trust (CNWL) are currently exploring what a new, more comprehensive, mental health and wellbeing offer for people aged 16 to 25 years of age might look like. We are really keen to hear from you about your experiences and identify any improvements that could be made in developing a future model.

We are planning to go live with the new model later in 2021, but first we really want to hear from a wide range of people about what you would like to see from a comprehensive service offer - so this is your chance to feed into the design of it.

We will be working with an experienced external research company, Quality Health, who will running some sessions during March and April to hear about people’s experiences, and it would be really exciting if you would like to be involved. The sessions will include one-to-one interviews and small discussion groups. All sessions will be run in line with current national guidelines on Covid-19, to ensure everyone remains safe, and will be held using videoconferencing or telephone.

If you would like to be involved, please email: cnwl.youngadults@nhs.net with your name and phone number. We will pass your details onto Quality Health and someone from the Quality Health team will be in contact with you to arrange.

If you do not want to take part in any future work on this project then please email cnwl.youngadults@nhs.net to let us know. If you do not respond then we will assume you do not want to take part in this survey and will not contact you further about this survey.
