The results of the 2025 NHS Staff Survey have now been published, providing valuable insight into the experiences of colleagues across the Trust.

You can explore the local results and key highlights here.

With over 70% of staff taking part – the Trusts highest response rate yet – the results give a strong and representative picture of what it’s like to work here and where improvements can continue to be made.

This year’s survey highlights several areas of strength, including inclusion, leadership and staff engagement. Many colleagues reported that they enjoy working with their teams, feel trusted to do their job and feel listened to by their managers.

The Trust will continue investing in staff wellbeing initiatives, including the Keeping Well Service, which provides specialist mental health support for colleagues, and given all staff their birthday off as an extra day’s leave.

Nick Green, Chief People Officer, said:

"Thank you to everyone who took the time to complete this year’s NHS Staff Survey. With over 70% of staff taking part, colleagues have given us invaluable insight into what it’s really like to work here.

It’s encouraging to see strong results for inclusion, leadership and engagement, and I’m proud of the positive team cultures we are building across the organisation.

In April, the Trust is inviting staff to participate in a feedback and action week where CNWL staff will have the opportunity to ask questions and share their thoughts.
