The Tissue Viability Service supports the Hillingdon community in providing specialist wound management care and advice, particularly the prevention and treatment of pressure ulcers.

The service also provides leg ulcer care, dressing, bandaging and monitoring of wounds which are taking longer to heal.

Below is a selection of stories from patients treated by the service, and the effects it has had for their quality of life.


Michael’s story
