We are currently in the process of refreshing our Trust strategy, built around the following themes:
- Modern, effective services that deliver excellent outcomes
- Creating the environment for our staff to thrive – culture, roles, skills, and tools
- Strong partnerships across place and our communities
- A leader for innovation and digital
- Delivering on value in all that we do
- Actively promoting equity in access, experience and outcomes
We need the views of our staff, service users and partners to help us devleop this. We want you to tell us what you want for the future of our organisation, any gaps you feel we need to address and how you want Central and North West London NHS Foundation Trust to look in five years.
We are keen for this next strategy to represent the views and experiences of the people it’s designed to support, whether that’s staff, service users or partners. As we continue to develop and refine the Trust strategy over the coming months, we will be working to ensure that our ambitions and priorities are informed by the views of our people, our wider partners, and the communities we serve.
