Our Hillingdon Talking Therapies service is hosting a series of mental health webinars for anyone who:
- Has had their mental health impacted over the past year
- Struggles with low mood or anxiety
- Feels stressed and finds it hard to be motivated during lockdown
The webinar series will teach you:
- Techniques to relax
- How to improve your mood
- How to manage your worries
- How to improve your sleep

Relaxation and a good night’s sleep within your daily routine is so important for our minds to function effectively and for our bodies to re-energise. Learn different relaxation techniques and how to practice good sleep hygiene.
