Sally.pngSally Milne has been appointed as Associate Director of Transformation, Strategy and Partnerships within Jameson, CNWL’s Adult Mental Health Division.

Ann Sheridan, the Managing Director for the area, said, “for the past 18 months, Sally has established herself brilliantly within Jameson’s Transformation team. Sally excelled throughout the application process and all panellists were unanimous in their decision to offer her the post. I know I speak for the whole team in wishing Sally all the best and to say she has our full support in the months and years ahead.”

In her new role, Sally will oversee the Transformation, Strategy and Partnerships Team with responsibility for delivering, and continuing to embed, the NHS Long Term Plan for mental health.

Transformation is driven by joint conversations with service staff, patients, carers and local communities to ensure the changes made to services, or specific elements of services, are necessary, positive and in keeping with the needs of the population.

Sally will overlook the collaborative process of designing solutions which respond to the current needs of patients and that are fit for the future.

Sally joined CNWL in February 2021 as Head of Transformation, Strategy and Partnerships, having previously worked for NHS England in the Mental Health team and a mental health advocacy charity prior to this.

Sally says: “A massive thanks to everyone who has helped me settle into CNWL and get to this point. It’s a really exciting time to be working on the transformation of our mental health services and I hope we can continue to deliver impactful, positive change. I’m looking forward to working with everyone in Jameson, and the wider Trust, to provide the best services we possibly can”.

Sally is engaged to be married later this month, enjoys baking, and hopes to one day open a dog café (like a cat café but with dogs).
