We ask patients, carers and families to give us feedback on their experiences of our services regularly through the friends and family test survey.

Here are some of the recent comments we’ve received from patients in Westminster who are cared for in our inpatient units.

The survey asks ‘does the service you receive help you to achieve the things that matter to you’?

K&C Nile Ward:

I am very grateful for the staff members and doctors. My experience was positive all the way through. The staff are helpful and understanding. The Doctors are experienced and have good judgement. They work as a team to help patients on the ward get rehabilitated and get better. I couldn't ask for more as the support received has been life-changing.

You all perform a very difficult and challenging job but you do so with a smile, kindness and compassion

Westminster Kershaw Ward:

Thank you for allowing me time to understand my husband’s condition, you did it with patience and compassion. Thank you to the team for enabling me to support him more proactively.

Such a hardworking group of staff. They looked after me so well until I was better.

Everyone was so kind and patient and softly spoken. Very caring. I didn’t feel judged by anyone. Your team were fantastic, couldn’t have done anything better 10/10. Seeing a psychologist was great. I thought you were all real life angels. You all showed so much respect & care

K&C South Community Mental Health Hub

I also want to say how much my care coordinator has helped me over the past months. He is always there with a kind word and gives me motivation to believe things can be better, because with his help they have been. And I'm very grateful and  honoured to have him as my health care co-ordinator and not someone else.
