We are pleased to announce several staff changes and new staff members joining Jameson (CNWL’s adult mental health division).

Mark Sellars will be joining the Trust in the Urgent Care Team from Tuesday 4 April. Mark was a Service Manager for the hospital Division in Camden and Islington NHS Foundation Trust. He will be working alongside Selena Cox and John Ryan, Deputy Heads of Urgent Care.

Mark will also be responsible for Community Access Services, CNWL’s Step Down Accommodation Project and will be taking over the Integrated Discharge Team from Deirdre Dolan, Clinical Team Manager, in May.

Nicola Stephenson, Head of Urgent Care Operational Improvement and Development, is supporting St Charles inpatients in Kensington and Chelsea alongside Mike Booker, Head of KCW Inpatient Service, who is supporting community services. Nicola will be leaving the Trust in early May to join Chelsea and Westminster Hospital NHS Trust as a General Manager for HIV, Sexual Health, Gender Services and Dermatology.

David Gedze will continue to support as Interim Director for Harrow and Hillingdon Community Learning Disability services while the recruitment process for new leadership continues.

We are pleased to confirm that Gail Burrell has been successfully appointed as Borough Director for Harrow and will oversee Perinatal Services as part of her role.

Following her successful interview, Lucy Cook is now Westminster Borough Director, she was previously Kensington & Chelsea’s Assistant Borough Director.

Matthew Henshaw, Brent’s deputy Borough Director, is now the Trusts Neurodiversity Lead, taking over Learning Disability inpatients services.

Phillipa Galligan is returning as Brent’s Borough Director on Monday 17 April. Thank you to Kingsley Akuffo who has been covering this position while Phillipa has been on maternity leave. Kingsley will now move on to Director of Kensington and Chelsea, where he will also oversee Grenfell services.
