Ann Sheridan, Managing Director of CNWL’s Jameson Division, which covers mental health services in K&C, Westminster, Brent, and Harrow, said:

“I am very pleased to announce the appointments of Lucy Cook as Jameson’s new Interim Borough Director for Westminster and Lee Byers as our new Associate Director of Urgent Care. Both performed tremendously in their interviews and I am very excited to work with them both to deliver the best possible care for the people and communities we serve.”

Lucy, who will be moving from her current role as Kensington and Chelsea Assistant Borough Director, will lead and deliver on the operational management of Westminster’s services ensuring oversight of transformation plans in line with the Trust model and Long-Term Plan.

Lucy said: “Of course I will be sad to leave Kensington and Chelsea after so many years but I am delighted to have been given this opportunity. I very much look forward to taking up the new challenge whilst being able to work more closely and in partnership with my new colleagues within Westminster and it’s local community”.

Lee, currently Lead Nurse for CNWL’s Psychiatric Intensive Care Unit Pathway, will be responsible for the effective management of the 24/7 urgent care pathway, from Single Point of Access, to centralised bed management via the Central Flow Hub, to robust gatekeeping via a First Response team.

Lee said: “I’m very excited to lead cross-borough conversations which will enable continuous improvement in the pathway; including for areas locally managed such as home treatment teams and acute inpatient services. My aim will be to ensure effective and efficient use of allocated resources to provide a service organised around the urgent and acute needs of patients.”

Congratulations to Lucy and Lee!
